Shipping & Delivery

1. Once an order has been placed on our platform, and the payment has been received, we will ship the selected products to the address mentioned by you in the checkout page.
2. Please ensure that the correct address details have been mentioned when you register/checkout as we will not be liable for any delivery issues if the address that you have mentioned is incorrect or unattended to.
3. In general shipment of the purchased products will take between 4 to 10 business days to deliver.
4. We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
5. If you are ordering our products from a sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 4 days of the order date.
6. We will send you an email confirmation when we have been notified that the products have been delivered to the address mentioned in the order form.

8. Shipping Charges: We have standard shipping charges for most addresses, while in India there is free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1000/-.
9. You will be charged Rs. 100 as extra 'COD Fee' for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
